Return Policy

NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. 
Returns must meet the following requirements: 

  • Item has not been worn and/or washed.
  • Item cannot have any stains or damage.
  • Item cannot have any odors, such as but not limited to perfume, cigarettes, etc.
  • Items without all tags cannot be returned. 
  • Final sale/Last Chance items cannot be returned.
  • Other items that cannot be returned include formal dress items, bodysuits, swim suits, shapewear, jewelry and similar items.
  • Notify us at info@ebonybea.com to initiate a return. 

*If you return your item and it does not meet these requirements, you will be notified and you will be asked to send the cost of sending the item back to you. The payment can be sent via PayPal (whitney@ebonybeabeautique.com).

Store credit must be used within 30 days once applied to your account. Your exchange item must be selected once you have been notified that your return has been received. 

All items are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, a different item or a store credit, send us an email at info@ebonybea.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a code for your credit will be emailed. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your order, mail to: P.O. Box 1288 Valdosta, Georgia 31603. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refunded if item is defective. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
