EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Returns must meet the following requirements:
- Item has not been worn and/or washed.
- Item cannot have any stains or damage.
- Item cannot have any odors, such as but not limited to perfume, cigarettes, etc.
- Items without all tags cannot be returned.
- Final sale/Last Chance items cannot be returned.
- Other items that cannot be returned include formal dress items, bodysuits, swim suits, shapewear, jewelry, beauty products and similar items.
- Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
*If you return your item and it does not meet these requirements, you will be notified and you will be asked to send the cost of sending the item back to you. The payment can be sent via PayPal (email@example.com) or CashApp ($EbonyBea)
A return label will be issued to you once you initiate a return. The total will be deducted from your refund, store credit or exchange amount.
Your exchange item can be selected once you have been notified that your return has been received and approved, or in the initial email.
All items are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, a different item or a store credit, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a code for your credit will be emailed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If your return item does not pass inspection you will be notified and the cost of postage will need to be sent via PayPal (email@example.com) or CashApp ($EbonyBea) so the items can be sent back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
