*Orders made on or after August 1, 2022 are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are processed in 2-4 business days after order is completed. Holidays are excluded. Orders ship after they have been processed.

Q: How do I start a return/exchange?

A: This is only valid for orders made before August 1, 2022. First, email returns@ebonybea.com with your order number and name and stating the item(s) that you are returning or item(s) that you need to exchange. Be sure that the item(s) are free from stains, orders, are unworn and the tags are still attached. (Please see return policy for items that cannot be returned). You will receive a return label to ship the items back to us (This cost will be taken from the refund amount) or you can cover the cost of return. Once we receive the return and it has been inspected someone will reach out to you and complete the process of your refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.

Q: Where will the items ship from?

A: All orders ship from our offices located at 223 N. Ashley Street Ste. 212 Valdosta, Ga 31601

Q: What if an item that I ordered is out of stock?

A: Any item that is out of stock will be refunded in full.
