Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders ship within 1-3 business days after being placed. 

Q: If I cancel my order, can I get a full refund?

A: If the cancellation details are emailed to info@ebonybea.com before the order is fulfilled then the full amount will be refunded. Once orders have shipped they cannot be refunded, only exchanged or a store credit given. 

Q: How do I start a return/exchange?

A: First, email info@ebonybea.com with your order number and name and stating the item(s) that you are returning or item(s) that you need to exchange. Be sure that the item(s) are free from stains, orders, are unworn and the tags are still attached. (Please see return policy for items that cannot be returned). Then, mail the items to Ebony Bea Beautique P.O. Box 1288 Valdosta, Georgia 31603. Once we receive the return and it has been inspected someone will reach out to you and process your exchange or store credit.
